MORDEN
Often thought only as the last stop on the Northern Line, Morden had historically been undervalued and underdeveloped. However, with the implementation of the 24 hour underground service, suddenly Morden’s desirability increased exponentially.

Originally a carpark and garages, our Morden site had also become an unofficial dumping ground. However, the site’s potential was more than obvious. With great connectivity and nestled in the middle of a wonderfully diverse community, this site was a hidden gem. It took the team six years of intense work and careful collaboration with city planners and the respective authorities to get this project off the ground. In the end, we received the committee’s approval to develop eight new, one, two and three bedroom, flats that possess a high-quality design and exactly meet the borough’s needs.
This exciting project is in the final planning stages and is set to start early next year. With a GDV estimated at £3.5 million and a completion time-line of 18 months, we think our Morden project will add great value to the area.
