TOOTING
Tooting has always been eclectic and multicultural. Not long ago, it was named by Lonely Planet as one of the top ten coolest places to live. While Tooting hasn’t got the posh reputation of its neighbours, Clapham and Wimbledon, it certainly seems to be one of the up-and-coming areas in London. Conveniently serviced by the Northern Line and close to the 200 acres of green space of Tooting Common, it is certainly one of the areas to keep an eye on.

After multiple unsuccessful planning applications, the original proprietor of the site where our Tooting project is now taking shape, had lost hope of ever being able to re-develop it. The original plan was to build a two bedroom home but the relevant authorities felt the proposal was not suitable for the location. After careful consideration, the team acquired the site. It was decided that a totally new approach was needed for this project to be successful. The project was then fully redesigned addressing all concerns voiced by the council. The result, a two bedroom detached home which gained approval from the authorities within a short time of being submitted.
We are currently finalising all the necessary logistical requirements to begin construction and hope to break ground early next year.
