With over two decades of hands-on experience, Simon founded and has managed businesses in construction, property development, property investment, construction logistics and property marketing. Most of his time is spent learning and ideating ways to deliver real value to Thrive’s stakeholders by finding and delivering property development programmes inspired by real-life needs. Be it creating new ways to make a construction project more efficient, finding a hidden gem of an investment opportunity or ensuring that waste from our projects is disposed of ethically, he is constantly engaged in delivering on Thrive’s promises.

We are keenly aware of the potential impact property development has on the environment, communities and society. We understand that there must be a balance between economic growth and the welfare of society and the environment. Subsequently, we always make sure that our projects are in line with the needs of the communities in which they are built, our designs are as environmentally friendly as possible and use materials that have been ethically sourced when available. We will keep developing our guidelines and processes to make sure that everything we do truly adds value to the final occupier and the community.
