We work with land and property owners, freeholders, and lease holders in developing highly tailored programmes for each individual opportunity.  Our insight into local planning and the property development industry as a whole sets us apart, providing Thrive with a unique perspective when undertaking new schemes. By creating commercially-lead project structures we make sure that our stakeholders’ interests are always served.

Our approach is simple. We only participate in projects that are beneficial to all involved. From complex land acquisitions to the re-developing of existing properties, we approach projects openly, honestly and in an uncomplicated manner. Each party’s involvement is always pre-agreed. We also assign a project team that handles each project from beginning to end, guaranteeing a clear and consistent path of action and channel of communication.

PROCESS

 

At Thrive we believe in a personal approach. If you have a redevelopment project or a land opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

Once we have an initial chat, our team will arrange a site visit and a face-to-face meeting with the land owner or freeholder to assess viability and fully understand what the desired outcome of a project is. If a project is feasible we discuss in detail time-frames, exit strategies and any other aspects needed and together with experts from our network, we design the best possible development model to ensure a successful project.

To make sure that all projects run smoothly and are executed diligently, we assign a dedicated Development Manager to each one. Our Development Managers also oversee all communications and processes from beginning to end and ensure that all participating parties are properly informed at all times of the project’s progress.
